Want a private place to workout?! The Backyard is for you. We offer a small, yet effective place for you to get a great workout. Our Open Gym Membership includes an all access pass to our facility, as well as workouts that will be provided via whiteboard. There will be several options you can freely choose from, or you may do whatever you please! It is completely up to you!

Strength and Conditioning is very important when it comes to athletic development. It is key to our speed, power, and overall athletic performance.

We’ve created a fine-tuned nutrition program, powered by Working Against Gravity, to ensure that every minute you spend in the gym pays off — mentally and physically. Our nutrition coach will work with you to help you turn your sweat sessions into the results you’re after.

She provides individual two player lessons, that cover any questions/concerns you may have including: Hitting, Slapping, as well as Infield/Catching.
