Full Time Gym Manager and Head Coach Wanted

We are looking for energetic, passionate Full Time Gym Manager and Head Coach.

DESCRIPTION:
Working as both the Head Coach and Gym Manager, this team leader will analyze and coach clients’ fitness to help them improve their health and performance. Services provided by this team leader will include, but are not limited to: Gym operations, marketing, and coaching classes. This team leader is expected to provide the highest level of customer service with a sense of confidence, competence, courtesy and respect. This team leader must be skilled with individual interactions as well as groups - ensuring consistently exceptional experience at every interaction.
 
REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Crossfit Level 1 and/or NSCA CPT, CSCS and/or a Degree in Exercise and Sport Science
• CPR
• Marketing Experience 

 
COMPETITIVE SALARY PAY and INCENTIVES

• Base salary pay of $12-$15/hr., depending on experience and certifications
• Coaches pay of $20-$30/hr. , depending on experience and certifications
• Personal training opportunities
